}依台大組織章程規規定，經校務會議代表1/5以上請求召開臨時校務會議時，校長應於15日內召開，過半數校務會議代表出席才能開會。台大校務會議一般於周六召開，3月24日是台大既定的學期初校務會議日期，因此臨時校務會議較可能選在3月10日或3月17日。但是，明天才召開程序委員會，依往例必須給校務會議代表一些時間準備，因此不太可能10日就召開臨時校務會議。據指出，最有可能的時間應是17日。校務會議代表、法律系學生童昱文等人日前發起連署，要求召開「臨時校務會議」討論管中閔案。2月9日召開的程序委員會，要求補充連署人的親筆簽名和具體提案內容，童昱文等人已完成補件。台大校方已決定將明天（8日）召開臨時校務程序委員會，程序委員會將確定臨時校務會議的日期和議程?
